Privacy Policy
ReitTech (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an AI automation studio based in Cambridge, United Kingdom. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. We are the data controller for the information described here. For anything data-related, email hello@reittech.co.uk.
What we collect
- Details you give us — your name, email, business name and the message you send through our contact form or by email.
- Client project data — anything you share with us during a discovery call or engagement, always covered by an NDA.
- Basic technical data — anonymised, aggregated page analytics (pages viewed, approximate region, device type). We do not build advertising profiles.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare and deliver work for you.
- To meet our legal, accounting and contractual obligations.
- To understand, at a high level, how the site is used so we can improve it.
Our lawful bases are your consent (when you contact us), the performance of a contract (when we work together), and our legitimate interests in running and improving the business.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We share it only with the trusted processors that run our business — email and workflow hosting, and analytics — each bound to protect it. Where a provider is outside the UK/EEA, transfers are covered by an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiry messages are kept for up to 24 months unless we begin working together, in which case client records are retained for the length of our engagement plus the period required for tax and legal purposes (typically six years).
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may access, correct, delete or port your data, and object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@reittech.co.uk and we’ll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) if you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data.

Case studies labelled as a demo build are illustrative examples of our capability, not client engagements, and any figures shown for them are indicative.
No guarantees
We keep the site accurate and up to date but make no warranty that it is error-free or continuously available. Nothing here is professional advice, and results described in case studies are specific to their context — your outcomes will differ.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReitTech is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page is the one that applies.
