/ terms of use /

Fair terms. No tricks.

The rules for using this website and working with us — written the way we’d want to read them. No twelve-page PDF, no clause 14.3(b)(ii).

Last updated 10 Jun 2026 · if we change anything material, the date changes with it.

/ the short version /

In four sentences.

  • Browsing this site costs nothing and commits you to nothing — nothing here is a binding offer until we’ve sent you a written proposal and you’ve accepted it.
  • Project work runs on a fixed-price written proposal — the price we agree is the price you pay.
  • Once a project is paid for and handed over, the automation is yours — your accounts, your data, your workflows.
  • The Maintain retainer is monthly and you can cancel anytime — no notice period games, no exit fees.

/ who we are /

These terms are between you and ReitTech.

ReitTech is a Cambridge, UK–based AI automation business run by Anna Reit and Nick Reit. When we say “we”, “us” or “ReitTech”, that’s who we mean. When we say “you”, we mean anyone using this website or working with us. Questions about anything on this page go to hello@reittech.co.uk — a real human reads it.

/ using this website /

Browse freely. Don’t break things.

You’re welcome to browse, read, share links to, and quote reasonably from this site. We ask that you don’t:

  • copy whole pages or pass our content off as your own;
  • use the contact form to send spam, abuse, or automated submissions;
  • probe, scrape at scale, or attempt to disrupt the site or the services behind it.

The content, design, copy and branding on this site belong to ReitTech. The logos and names of tools we mention (n8n, Google, and so on) belong to their respective owners.

/ what this site is /

Information, not a contract.

Everything on this site — prices, timelines, examples, case-study results — is general information, given in good faith and kept as accurate as we can. “From” prices are starting points, not quotes. Results from one client’s build (like the hours ODReight saves) are real for them but don’t guarantee the same for you — every business is different, which is exactly why we start with a Discovery call.

Nothing on this site forms a contract. A contract exists when we’ve sent you a written proposal and you’ve accepted it. Until then, neither of us owes the other anything.

/ project work /

The proposal is the deal.

Every project follows the process described on our How It Works page: Discovery, Plan, Build, Review, Hand Over, Maintain. The written proposal we send after Discovery sets out the scope, the fixed price, and the timeline — and that document governs the work. If anything on this website ever contradicts your proposal, the proposal wins.

  • Fixed price means fixed price. If the scope changes mid-project, we’ll agree any price change in writing before doing the extra work — never after.
  • You own what we build. On final payment, the workflows, automations and documentation we hand over are yours. They run in your accounts, with your credentials. We keep no hold over them.
  • We need your side too. Timelines assume you can give us access, answers and feedback when the project needs them. If that slips, the timeline slips with it — we’ll always tell you rather than let it drift silently.
  • Confidentiality is mutual. We sign an NDA before every Discovery call, and these terms don’t weaken it in any way.

/ the maintain retainer /

Monthly. Cancel anytime. Genuinely.

The Maintain retainer covers monitoring, updates and support after handover. It bills monthly, and you can cancel whenever you like — just email us before your next billing date. No minimum term, no notice period, no cancellation fee.

If you cancel, your automations keep running — they’re yours. You just lose the monitoring and support layer, and you’re welcome back whenever you need us.

/ third-party services /

We build on tools we don’t control.

Automations connect services like n8n, Google Workspace, Stripe, and AI model providers. Those services have their own terms, their own pricing, and their own outages. We choose them carefully and build defensively, but we can’t be responsible for a third party changing its API, its prices, or its mind. When that happens to a client on Maintain, fixing the breakage is exactly what the retainer is for.

/ liability /

The serious bit, kept honest.

We don’t exclude anything the law says we can’t — like liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Beyond that: the site is provided “as is”, and we’re not liable for losses caused by relying on general information from it rather than advice we’ve given you directly. For project work, our total liability is capped at the amount you’ve paid us for the project in question, and neither of us is liable to the other for indirect losses (lost profits, lost data caused by third-party services, and so on). Your proposal may set out more specific terms — if so, those apply.

/ your data /

Privacy has its own page.

How we handle personal data is covered — in the same plain English — in our Privacy Policy. The short version: we collect almost nothing, we track nothing, and what you tell us stays with us.

/ governing law /

England and Wales.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute belongs to the courts of England and Wales. Realistically, if something’s wrong, email us first — we’ve never needed a court to sort out a misunderstanding and we’d like to keep it that way.

/ changes /

If this changes, the date changes.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top always reflects the live version. Changes apply from the date they’re published and don’t rewrite any proposal you’ve already accepted.

/ get in touch /

Questions? Real humans answer.

If anything here is unclear — or you think a clause is unfair and want to tell us so — email hello@reittech.co.uk. Anna or Nick will read it.
